NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Introduction

What is NLP? How can it help me? Are others using it to control me? In this class we will discuss Neurolinguistic Programming and its many uses. You will see how it is used daily to influence our thoughts and choices. You will learn how to use it to work through some of your personal blockages or behaviors. And you will learn how to protect yourself against someone using it to influence you. This is going to be a fun, interactive class and will be an introduction to the NLP world. In the near future we will have a full NLP workshop to develop this skill and learn how to not only influence others (in a positive way) but to become a high performing individual in whatever you are doing.
