Molecular mixologist Tony Bennett from The Alchemists’ Garden in Paso Robles is coming to The Lobster for a complete bar takeover on Friday, September 4 from 5–8 PM, mixing up a special menu of cocktails featuring Nikka Whisky & Spirits — whisky, gin and vodka. Chef Govind Armstrong will be making small bites to pair with the cocktails. Tony has been behind the bar since 2011, getting his start in high-volume sports bars and nightclubs before finding his way into the world of craft cocktails. In 2020, he co-founded The Alchemists’ Garden in downtown Paso Robles, where his drinks draw inspiration from old cocktail lore, vintage recipes, and the incredible farms, wineries, and distilleries of California’s Central Coast. Join us for an evening of expertly crafted cocktails, ocean view vibes, and the perfect kick-off to Labor Day Weekend!
