Adults – we welcome you to join us in the upstairs Innovation Lab Classroom on Thursday, October 01 at 10:00 AM to the Next Chapter’s first presentation in partnership with the Houston Voting Initiative. We're looking forward to kicking off with the Houston Voting Initiative Movie Series with a special movie screening of On the Basis of Sex (2018) [PG-13], a biopic of young Ruth Bader Ginsberg, followed by a discussion led by our presenters. This free event requires no registration. Light refreshments provided by the Houston Voting Initiative. The Next Chapter is an in-person event for adults of all ages where we offer informative and entertaining presentations by staff, the Friends of Freeman Library, and local partners.
