Meeting Room. Newcastle Arts Council present an exhibition showcasing the talents of artists in our community, September 1 - 25. An Artists Reception will be held September 2 at 6:00 pm. View the exhibition, meet the artists and participate in a community art project. Sponsored by Newcastle Arts Council, Friends of Newcastle Library, City of Newcastle and 4Culture.
