
New River Yoga – Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary. Trust me you need this class, we all do. Paul makes it accessable for all bodies. Paul Milam Paul completed his 200 YTT at Yoga Power in Charleston. He has practiced yoga for over 10 years before deciding to become an instructor. Paul enjoys sharing the physical and mental benefits of yoga with others and the belief that yoga isn’t a competition, it is a practice.
