
New River Yoga – Mindful Motion
Mindful Motion is a slow, intentional practice rooted in foundational alignment and conscious breathing. This class invites you to move with awareness, build strength through proper structure, and reconnect to the natural rhythm of your breath. Every transition is purposeful, allowing you to cultivate stability, balance, and presence. Perfect for all levels, especially those seeking a gentle yet powerful return to the basics of movement and breath. Denise Barton Denise started her career as a Cosmetologist in 1996 and a couple years later, her love of yoga came when she began a home practice. After a decade in the beauty industry, she wanted to dive deeper. As she’s expressed her love of making others smile, she wanted to make their hearts smile as well. A few years later, Denise received her Level II Reiki certification in 2010. Finally in 2014, began the 200-Hour Ashaya Yoga Teacher Training program under Randy Boyd and completed in 2015.
