Through mindful movement, breathwork, and targeted poses, we’ll release tension in the hips, gently activate and strengthen the core, and connect with the pelvic floor to improve balance, posture, and overall wellbeing.Perfect for anyone wanting to ease low back pain, build a strong foundation, or simply feel more grounded and connected. All levels welcome — modifications and challenges will be offered so you can practice at your own pace.
