New Moon Renewal: Self-Care Sunday Sound Bath

This 2-hour event will include a sharing circle with intention-setting, followed by a 1-hour-long sound bath to ground the intentions! Sunday\, November 8 \| 12:30 \-\- 2:30 PM The new moon is an invitation to go inward. As the sky goes dark, we’re reminded that not everything needs to be seen to be felt -- and not everything needs to be figured out to be released. Join us at Isis Books & Gifts for a Self-Care Sunday gathering on the new moon. This two-hour experience begins with an intimate women’s sharing circle -- a safe, held space to speak from the heart, set intentions for the lunar cycle ahead, and be witnessed by other women. The second hour is a full sound bath where you lie down, close your eyes, and let the healing vibrations carry you into deep rest. November asks us to slow down. The days are shorter. The air is colder. The pull inward is natural. Honor it. Give yourself two hours to stop doing and simply receive. Instruments: Crystal singing bowls, symphonic gong, shamanic drum, Koshi chimes, and vocal harmonizing What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, journal & pen, comfortable clothing. You’ll be on the floor for the full sound bath -- bring everything you need to create a warm, comfortable nest for yourself. Donation: Sliding scale $40 -- $20 Bring a sister, a mother, a friend.
