Join Out of the Abyss - Suicide Support and Recovery Group for a therapeutic and engaging meetup focused on self-care and creative expression on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. This group is designed to help members explore their suicidal experiences, practice mindfulness and healing through artistic expression. Participants will engage in dynamic conversations, receive peer support, and tap into their creativity to navigate through suicidal thoughts and promote mental health recovery. Whether you are someone looking to connect with others with similar experiences or looking for stress relief techniques, this group offers a safe space for individuals to come together in community. Don't miss this opportunity to embark on a journey of self-improvement and healing through the power of creativity and peer support. **Out of the Abyss Support Groups are for adults ages 18 and older.** Please note: participants can openly share about their experiences around suicide in a confidential space without fear of involuntary crisis intervention services.
