About this event
F.M. Kirby Gallery. "Booked on Reality" is a new non-fiction book club aimed at readers who love exploring history, science, memoirs and more through engaging conversation. We will meet on the second Wednesday of every month in the F.M. Kirby Gallery. Ask for a reserved copy at the Circulation Desk. Refreshments will be provided! This month we will be reading "The Art Thief". In this spellbinding portrait of obsession and flawed genius, Michael Finkel gives us one of the most remarkable true-crime narratives of our times, a riveting story of art, theft, love, and an insatiable hunger to possess beauty at any cost.
