Address movement challenges associated with Parkinson's, MS, stroke, and other conditions that affect balance and coordination. Cognitive, strength, and agility exercises combine to engage brain and body. Participants will stand and move about the room for much of the hour (chairs are available if needed for rest or balance assist).
