Joseph Ndagijimana, Neighborhood Advisor for the Center for Healthy Aging at Interfaith Works, will be at the library on the 1st Monday of every month. He can help you with referrals for health care, legal advice, transportation, housing, nutrition and exercise, socialization, and information for caregivers. He can also assist with medical applications and enrollment forms, such as Social Security Income, SNAP, Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage (EPIC) Program, and Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). Services are free and confidential. Joseph speaks English, French, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili. Interpretation is available in other languages.
