Two of our group members formed a new band called Peace & Riot. Here's the line-up: Peace--violin Thanh--keyboard David--fiddle Daniel--drums Dustin--lead vocals, guitar Kimberly--bass They cover rock, pop, and country songs and also host an acoustic jam most Saturday afternoons at the Whole Foods Domain. Come support these local musicians! \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- Operating since 1963, Carousel Lounge is a long-standing Austin dive bar steeped in kitschy circus and carnival decor. The venue hosts local live music on its intimate stage while offering cheap beer and set-ups for BYOB cocktails and gets my vote for most laid-back hangout that has one of the most eclectic music line-ups in town. \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- \-\-\-\.\-\-\- Use the monthly calendar to see upcoming events at a glance.
