About this event
How we think and talk about our bodies can shape how we experience aging. In this three-session series, museum educator and Body Dialogue founder Janice Stieber Rous invites participants to explore the aging body through art, conversation, creative expression, and mindful reflection. Each session offers a different perspective on self-perception, embodiment, and the ways we can cultivate greater acceptance and curiosity as our bodies change. Selected Thursdays 1:00-2:00pm Pricing: Members: $50 for the season “Future Members”: $60 for the season Individual Session: $25 December 3 Session 3: Living in the Field of Energy We live in a field of energy. Good energy creates a beneficent field of acceptance and LOVE. The museum offers that to each of us. In the studio and in the gallery, we will explore the concept of the field and then turn that into a piece of VISUAL expression.
