About this event
The Navajo County Fair and Rodeo puts on its 5K, 10K and 2-mile run and walk on the Saturday morning of fair week. Everything starts from the Navajo County U of A Cooperative Extension office parking lot at 478 North 3rd Street, out at the fairgrounds. Onsite registration check-in opens at 6:00 AM and the races go off in order: the 10K at 7:00, the 5K at 7:15, and the 2-mile run and walk at 7:30. The 10K is $30, the 5K is $20, and the 2-mile is free, so there is a distance here for every level of ambition. Awards go to the top three male and female finishers and the top three youth male and female in both the 10K and the 5K. Every participant gets a t-shirt. You can register early by scanning the QR code on the flyer, or call the event coordinator at 928-707-3397 for more information. This is a drug and alcohol free event, sponsored by Blattner Energy.
