This is a hands-on workshop will guide you through the process of turning simple foraged & grown ingredients into extraordinary concoctions. What to expect: Learn the basics of liquid fermentationMake your own fizzy, wildcrafted sodas Explore flavor pairings with a wide assortment of herbs and berriesLeave with the skills to keep experimenting and fermenting at home What to bring: A quart sized mason jar A harvesting basket (we will provide paper bags if you forget!)
