Celebrate National Taco Day at Ámbar with The Elevated Taco , a one-night-only culinary experience in the restaurant’s Private Agave Room. The evening features seven inventive taco courses , including tuna crudo, grilled octopus, duck confit, pork belly and Akaushi ribeye, paired with curated agave spirits from Latin terroirs. The experience concludes with a dessert taco and bacanora carajillo. Tickets are $125++ per person , and advance reservations are required.
