National Senior Health and Fitness Day is the nation’s largest annual health and wellness event for active adults. Join us in the west parking lot of the Apex Center for a one-mile stroll followed by trunk-or-treat activities and giveaways from the Active Adult programming sponsors. Free, but advance registration is appreciated.
