Nashville Smash and Social Badminton Night

We are putting together another night of casual badminton at the gym and would love to see some new and familiar faces. This is a laid-back space for players of all levels to pick up a racket, get a good workout, and meet others in the Nashville area who enjoy the game. Whether you have been playing for years or are just looking to learn the basics, the focus here is on keeping things social and having a bit of fun on the court. We will have the nets set up and plenty of birdies ready to go. You do not need to be a pro to join in, and we rotate matches throughout the evening so everyone gets a chance to play. It is a great way to step away from the screen, stay active, and connect with the local community.
