Music Therapy Workshop

Join us for an informational session on music therapy presented by Dynamic Music Therapy. Workshop participants will learn about music therapy, the power of music, emotion states and which music correlates, emotion processing and management, and how to use music intentionally for positive mental wellbeing. It includes interactive components like music and movement experiences, improvisational exercises, and music listening in conjunction with expressive visual art. This program is part of One Book, One Henderson, our community-wide book club featuring the novel "The Dark Maestro" by Brendan Slocumb.
