Music Meetup and Open Mic at Freeside Atlanta

Welcome to [Freeside!](freesideatlanta.org) Whether you're a seasoned musician with a thing for local scenes, or a fledgling ukulele player trying to get on a stage for the first time, you'll find a microphone waiting for you at the Music Meetup and Open Mic at Freeside Atlanta. Our open mic works a little different. To stretch those musical muscles, we start off the evening with a new activity each month at 7:30 and then proceed to a traditional open mic at 8:30. After the open mic, we open the stage up for a free jam that lasts until the last person leaves the room. Schedule * 7:00 PM - Doors * 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM - Activity and Sign-up * 8:30 to 10:30 - Open Mic Freeside is a member run space, completely dependent on the hard work and dedication of its members and volunteers. While the event is free, we have a suggested donation of 5-10 dollars in order to keep the event going and to improve the space for future events! All proceeds go into improving the space so more amazing people can rock this stage. While we do not serve alcohol, the event is BYOB so feel free to bring your own drinks.
