In this four-part Music Industry 101 series, Pablo Max will walk aspiring commercial musicians through how the industry at-large works. This series is aimed at anyone curious about working in the music industry, becoming a professional artist, songwriter, or producer, or general curiosity about the inner workings of the business. In Session #3, Pablo will cover Touring & Live Shows. What are the components of live shows? How are show fees/negotiations structured? How do ticket prices work? Who finances touring and how does everyone make money? Series Schedule Session #1 Songwriting Thursday, Sept. 3rd ▪ 6:00-7:30 pm Session #2 Recording Thursday, Sept. 10th ▪ 6:00-7:30 pm Session #3 Touring Saturday, Oct. 10th ▪ 3:00-4:30 pm Session #4 Marketing Saturday, Oct. 17th ▪ 3:00-4:30 pm Registration required. Opens one week in advance of each session. Ages 18+. Pablo Max has managed artists, songwriters, and producers who have participated in Diamond, Platinum, and Gold-award winning records, as well as multiple #1s internationally, working with the likes of BTS, Backstreet Boys, Sting, Anderson .Paak, Bella Poarch, and more.
