Mushroom Identification & Field Sketching for Adults with Kim McNett Friday, August 28 from 5:30pm – 7:30pm | $40 per person, $30 per member Delve into the fascinating realm of fungi through this beginner-friendly identification workshop with local artist-naturalist Kim McNett. We will integrate the science of mushroom identification with journaling and sketching as a process for learning. Basic supplies will be provided. Please come dressed for the outdoors. Online registration required. About the Artist: Living in Homer, Alaska, Kim McNett’s award-winning art promotes the education and conservation of wild nature.
