About this event
Native Americans have been cultivating varieties of maize since ancient times. You've probably seen blue corn chips in the store, or maybe even fall decorations made with red or purple corn cobs. We’ll be talking about the many types of maize (including sweet corn, popcorn and flint corn) and make multicolored beaded corn cobs of our very own. For kids in grades 3 and up.
