Please join us as we turn our multipurpose room into a mini movie theater. Come in anytime from 1:00 PM -2:45 PM for a free screening of "A Bug's Life". G-rated, all ages welcome. A colony of ants, led by an elderly Queen and her daughter, Princess Atta, lives on a small hill in the middle of a seasonally dry creek bed known as “Ant Island.” Each summer, they are forced to give food to a gang of grasshoppers led by Hopper. The cautious ants also keep their distance from Flik, a kind-hearted but accident-prone inventor. One day, Flik accidentally spills the food offering while using his grain harvester. Hopper discovers what happened and demands twice as much food as compensation. When Flik sincerely suggests recruiting larger bugs to help defend the colony, Atta sees it as a chance to send him away and agrees to his plan.
