Morning Run

Ready to run, but you're looking for a group to help keep you motivated? This is the group for you! Join our Running Captain, April, every Sunday for this fun group run! We'll do an out & back 5k or more on the beautiful Katy trail. We will adjust our time and distance to the running group's needs. We have runners of varying speeds and skill sets, so no need to worry! Meet at the Bike Stop Cafe 701 S Riverside Dr. 63301. Sneakers hit the trail at 7 prompt. Note: We may switch to roads/sidewalks around town if it is raining.
