More Curious Less Furious
Join us for a structured conversation from the Living Room Conversations ([https://livingroomconversations.org/](https://livingroomconversations.org/)) organization that will help us experience being more curious and less furious about "those people" on the other side. Media and culture often promote the idea that we should view those who disagree with us as enemies or individuals not worth talking to. Research shows that curiosity about the views of others can open the mind, reduce fears, encourage self-awareness and promote humility. We will gather in small groups, following the steps in the handout to guide our converstaion. Feel free to bring a lunch or meet afterwards at a local restaurant.
