From local legends, to land-based myths, southwestern folklore, and the personal stories we created within this desert landscape - we will be sharing the stories that bring out the Arizonan in Us and place Us within Arizona. A small celebration amidst the desert summer to connect to one another's desert-lived-lifestyle - ancient or modern. *** Itinerary : Introductions and Welcoming Song Stories with Intermission Discussion Groups Closing Grieg Circle A Monthly Gathering for Storytellers : Those Lovers of Folklore, Myth, Fairy Tales, and Legends that hold interest in hearing and telling stories. Every month we will meet around select themes of story through myth, personal or fictionalized stories with time to discuss the stories personal impacts with the storytellers.
