Monthly Potluck – Sunday Nov. 1, 1:00 – 3:00pm Note: Daylight Savings ends Saturday night. Let your clocks "fall back" an hour to Standard Time. Peninsula Conservation Center, Raptor Suite (first floor) – 3921 E. Bayshore Rd., Palo Alto Halloween is officially over, and we can now look forward to cooler days and the delicious aroma of hearty stews and soups. Besides enjoying good food and good conversation at this potluck, we'll also hold our annual General Meeting, starting about 2:00 pm. Pathfinder members who haven't already voted for next year's ExCom can do so - see Gary Bailey. Results will be announced at the meeting, plus we'll take care of a few other agenda items. Everyone is welcome to stay for our meeting. Plan to bring your food item (for 8-10 people) ready to serve with serving utensils. Unfortunately there are no facilities for heating or cooling foods. If you want to bring food in a crockpot or similar electric appliance, you’re welcome to plug it in to keep food warm. A to F Salad or Snack G to L Drink or Dessert M to Z Main Dish Bring your own plate, cup and utensils. Please take them home to wash. Optional Event Fund Donation $5 - $10 No need to RSVP for the potluck – just show up with a smile and food. Directions to Peninsula Conservation Center: From Hwy 101 take the San Antonio Rd. exit and head toward the Bay. At the traffic light turn left onto E. Bayshore Rd. After 0.3 miles turn right onto Corporation Way. Turn left into the Peninsula Conservation Center parking lot. The address is 3921 E. Bayshore Rd., P.A. Temporary parking restriction may still be in place: The Storm Drain Pump Stations and Systems Upgrade project has begun along E. Bayshore and is expected to continue until late June or early July. This work will affect access to the PCC parking lot and the availability of parking spaces. Driveway Access: The driveway on the Bayshore side will be closed.
