First Mile Kitchen’s Monthly Moods dinner series is back, and this one is worth clearing your calendar for. Chef Nick Korbee draws inspiration from the iconic “Flowers” and builds a coursed Chicago Soul Foods menu around it — flavors and dishes crafted to match the mood, the era, and the feeling the song captures.
