If you've ever been curious about martial arts but weren't sure it was for you, this is where to start. This monthly intro class is designed specifically for beginners. No experience required. No fitness test. No pressure to keep up with anyone. We'll cover the foundations of Wing Chun Kung Fu: how to position your body, how to move efficiently, and how to respond to pressure without relying on size or strength. You'll work with a partner in a calm, supportive environment where everyone is learning alongside you. The culture here is ego-free by design.
