It is said that drumming circles improve wellness and spirituality, build community, lower stress, and improve mental clarity and mood. Bring a drum, rattler, or other rhythm instruments to play in this monthly sacred circle. Join us the 1st Sunday of every month for this fun event! All skill levels welcome! We sing chants, do free drumming, and other fun activities! Native American style drums are available to use along with some percussion instruments. This is a free event, though a love offering will be gratefully accepted. UNLIMITED SEATS!! Please join us, even if the app says we're full!
