Influenced by the rich reggae heritage of his homeland, he grew up surrounded by the sounds of legends like Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, and Burning Spear. These influences laid the foundation for his deep-rooted love for reggae music.ERIC COTTON & ONE LOVE BOMBSince 1986, Eric Cotton has been a powerhouse in Californias music scene, known for his dynamic stage presence, passion for reggae and ska, and unforgettable performances. In the late 80s and 90s, Eric led Rock Steady Posse, a Central Coast favorite, releasing reggae classics like Rhymin and Skankin (1990) and Fundamentals (1994). Eric is also the frontman for The Upside Ska, a high-energy ska band, and The Cheeseballs, San Franciscos premier show band renowned for their electrifying performances.Erics latest project, Eric Cotton and One Love Bomb, channels his Cali reggae roots with members of Rock Steady Posse, Cardiff Reefers, and Militia of Love.
