Elevations: Low: 7835' to High: 8410' Gain: 586 ft. +- Saturday Mostly Sunny, with a high near 87 in town. Rating: well maintained forest trail. Pace: Mellow What to bring: Sturdy hiking boots or shoes. Bring layers, warm clothing, and water/wind resistant outer wear. Water for a 2+ hour hike, (a liter +). Lunch or snacks (in case we/you get hungry or stuck, etc.) Dogs: There is often a bit of traffic on this trail. Dogs may complicate it. \-\-\-\-\> How to find us: 1\. If you live closer to the TH\, by all means go to it\, w/o carpool\, BUT\, as usual\, Let the organizer/host know \!\!\, otherwise we'll ALL be waiting for those who will never show\. :\-\( At the TH\, from SFe\, parking is on the left\, or many more spaces on R side of Hyde Park Road\.\) Also adjust your time to arrive at TH given that we will be arriving 15+- minutes after Start time (driving time). NOTE that we have to limit a wait time to about 5 minutes at the carpool place.
