Enjoy an evening of creating and sipping delicious mocktails. Follow Grace Farms Pastry Chef and Educator Leah Jones’ recipes to blend three seasonal beverages from ingredients inspired by Grace Farms Tea & Coffee, while discovering connections between food, culture, and community. Culinary Experiences with Chef Leah Jones offer educational and interactive explorations of the complex ways in which food intersects with our lives. Leah Jones has more than 15 years of food service and culinary experience and has been with Grace Farms since its opening in 2015. She leads recipe research and development for all baking and pastry programs. She feels strongly about creating a more sustainable and equitable food system, both locally and globally, and upholds a zero-food waste approach when it comes to baking. She holds a B.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.
