About this event
Anger gets a bad rap. But what if it is holding a sacred spark? We were taught exactly one thing about anger: don't. Don't be so upset. Don't raise your voice. So we locked it away — and lost the ability to tell the difference between the anger that moves us forward and the anger that quietly poisons us. One is a flame: bright, forward-moving, and it burns clean. The other is a graveyard of grief we were never given room to mourn. This week we reclaim the fire and learn to aim it. Drawing on Ernest Holmes, Neville Goddard, the Amplified Bible, and the ancient books of Enoch and Jubilees, we ask: How can we transform our anger into compassionate action for collective good? Come as you are. Bring the thing you have been simmering about. ***Affirmation: I channel my anger into meaningful, courageous action.***
