Make your Saturday afternoon extra special with The Orchestra Sings, a fun and interactive concert presented through Carnegie Hall’s Link Up program. At 3 p.m., the stage comes alive as young musicians and the Minot Symphony Orchestra make music together – giving your family a chance to experience the excitement of a live orchestra up close. This special performance features our annual High School Side-by-Side, bringing talented area high school musicians onto the stage to perform alongside MSO musicians. You’ll also hear the winner of our Young Artist Competition, showcasing the incredible talent of a young musician from NWND. Whether you’re introducing your kids to the orchestra for the first time or sharing something you already love, The Orchestra Sings is a chance to listen, participate, cheer on young musicians, and make a Saturday afternoon memory together. Join us for Musicology, a behind-the-scenes look at the music on the program and Eckroth Music Instrument Petting Zoo at 2pm. Concert starts at 3pm.
