Mindful Nature Experience

Please Register & pay at Juniper Grove Events to secure your spot properly. $15–$30 Sliding scale. Join us for a slow intentional nature immersion inspired by the Japanese practice Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing). We’ll begin with a guided arrival, then some gentle movement, and deep rest in the forest. We'll weave in five-senses awareness, breath invitations, and quiet reflection time. Lastly we close with a shared circle (and some tea). A few things to bring with you if you wish: * Comfortable clothes you don't mind sitting or walking in * Water * A notebook or sketchbook if you have one you love. We'll be doing some observing and you may want to capture things NOTE: Rain allows reschedule.
