Mindful Movers
Mindful Movers at Eagle Mountain Library in Eagle Mountain, UT on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
Mindful Movers will introduce yoga games, experiment with fun poses, listen to yoga songs, and learn meditation and breathing techniques. Each class will combine fun and play with learning. This program is designed for preschool and elementary aged children, but all ages are welcome to attend. Space is limited.
