Mindful Mini Pumpkin Carving

Come carve a mini jack-o’-lantern with us before our candlelit welcome class for Kaitlyn! Small pumpkins call for slow, careful hands, so this is a chance to practice patience and presence, and to laugh at how imperfect they turn out. When you’re done, your pumpkin will help light up the studio for the spooky yoga class that follows. All supplies are provided, and no experience is needed. Come for the carving, stay for the yoga, or both!
