About this event
Come discover mindfulness skills that you and your child can learn and share to create happiness, comfort and fun through art and yoga classes put on by PLAY (Play and Learn through Art and Yoga). Each month will have a different focus for you and your little one. This program is geared towards childen ages 2-5 and their adult caregiver. Space is limited so please register at admissions.
