About this event

This mindful hike is a guided, land-based experience designed to slow the nervous system, support reflection, and reconnect you with yourself through intentional movement in nature. We'll walk at an unhurried pace, with periods of silence, gentle prompts, and time to notice what's present - internally and around us. This is not a fitness hike or a therapy group. It's a structured space to step out of daily momentum and into awareness. What to Expect During the hike, you can expect: * A slow, accessible pace on less traveled trail * Periods of quiet walking and guided awareness practices * Simple invitations for reflection and noticing * Time to pause, rest, and take in the environment * A small, intentional group container Who This Is For This experience is for people who: * feel mentally or emotionally saturated * want time in nature with intention rather than distraction * are open to silence, slowness, and gentle structure * are seeking clarity, grounding, or perspective No prior experience with mindfulness or hiking practices is required. This is not a strenuous hike, a social meetup, a destination hike, or a coaching session in the traditional sense. If you're looking for fast pace, constant conversation, or problem-solving, this experience may not be the right fit.
