To register please visit: http://schedulesplus.com/montclair/kiosk Oct 15 – Wildflower Meadow Exploration Take a crisp autumn stroll through our meadow to discover late-season blooms, golden grasses, and seedheads in full display. You’ll learn how native wildflowers provide vital services for wildlife while gaining a new appreciation for the meadow’s seasonal transition. You will also have the opportunity to collect some seeds to take home. Oct 22 – Tree ID – Fruits and Seeds Join Laura Roberts, ISA certified arborist and NJ licensed tree expert, for an examination of fruits and seeds as key identification features . Sharpen your observation skills by getting to know trees as if you were meeting a new friend. Learn what they have in common and how to look for characteristics that distinguish one species from another. Please dress for the weather with appropriate footwear.
