Midweek at Unity: Emergence with Emily

Emergence with Emily Facilitated by Rev. Shirley Knight In this gathering we renew our energy through music, meditation, optional movement, and sound healing. Guided by Emily Williams, a playful and talented lightworker, yoga teacher, and retreat leader, we relax and center on well-being. Refreshing the body, calming the mind, and nurturing the spirit allows us to align and thrive.
