Pause and reset in the middle of your day. The Midday Sound Bath—offered on the 2nd Tuesday of every month—provides a restorative break to recharge your body and mind. Through the healing vibrations of my voice and a variety of instruments, you’ll be invited to rest, release, and realign, leaving you with renewed energy and clarity for the rest of the day. Step back into your afternoon feeling refreshed and centered. The cost is $20 per person, payable at the event. Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you feel cozy during the session.
