Microsoft AZURE AI Foundry - A Project Manager's Perspective **Presentation Overview** Travis has attended multiple AI-focused sessions at the ECC and has found significant value in learning from the developers, engineers, and AI practitioners within the Tampa AI Applications Meetup community. After several recent encounters with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Travis began exploring the platform and recognized an opportunity to introduce an enterprise-level Microsoft AI development and delivery environment that has not been a major focus of recent ECC discussions. This session will share what he has learned about Foundry, why it caught his attention, and how he is approaching the platform and its capabilities from a Project Manager’s perspective. **About Travis** Travis Lemon is a PMP-certified Project Manager and technology integrator with an MBA and more than 20 years of experience leading projects, integrating emerging technologies, and working across executive, business, customer, and technical teams. His experience includes, BD, SaaS implementation, data integration, workflow modernization, user adoption, and cross-functional technology delivery. His current work focuses on the practical application of generative AI, Microsoft Foundry, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-enabled workflows. Travis is particularly interested in supporting Project Managers in bridging business requirements, users, data, and technical teams to move AI initiatives from ideas into executable projects and measurable outcomes.
