We climb and descend hills at our own pace and regroup frequently. We'll limit our speed on any multi-use paths to the legal maximum (usually 15 mph). Restrooms are not available at the start. We will stop for restrooms (portable toilet, no water) at mile 15 and stop for water at mile 21. Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat.
