Swiney, former backup vocalist for Al Green and Founder of the Annual Sunset Jazz at Court Square Concert Series brings a soulful, brassy resonance known to keep you entertained. Williamson, returning home from her role as a professor at Berklee College of Music, brings a global reputation as a “breathtaking” improviser and classical flutist-turned-jazz-virtuoso. Together, they represent the full spectrum of the genre—a Memphis soul illuminating the world of jazz.
