About this event
The Memory Café is a free monthly social gathering for individuals living with dementia and a family member, friend, or care partner. Please register each caregiver as a guest of the person attending the program. Each session includes social time, a group activity, and light refreshments. This is presented in collaboration with the Freedom HomeCare, Encore Village, Lutheran Home, and JourneyCare Hospice. At this meeting, we will decorate pumpkins for participants to take, discuss Autumn festivities, and enjoy light refreshments.
