Memory Cafe: Creativity & Connection

Memory Cafe at Full Circle Commons: Creativity & Connection Memory Cafe is a welcoming social gathering for older adults experiencing memory changes and their caregivers to connect, create, converse, and build community in a warm, supportive environment. This month’s Memory Cafe will include a fun, easy movement led by local yoga instructor Anne Rogers! Light snacks and beverages will be provided, and there will be plenty of time for relaxed social connections throughout the afternoon. Future sessions will explore simple, creative, and movement-based activities designed to foster expression, engagement, and togetherness in an accessible, low-pressure setting.
